    A ruling in the High Court states that Sony, through “poor security” and “inadequate fire precautions” at their warehouse in Enfield that was destroyed in the Tottenham riots in 2011, now owe the BBC and 2Entertain £5 million plus damages.

    Perhaps Sony owe NETWORK as well, as their discs were stored with Sony and destroyed....

      Yes. The silver lining, though, was that they decided to put out Things to Come on BD, so I got to revise the viewing notes and extras!

        I'm sure the BBC wold use the money wisely.
        Imagine how many diversity managers £ 5 million would pay for..

          Frankly, if I was Sony, i would have just paid out - the legal costs alone must have been considerable.
