It's not surprising that this is in Sons of the Sea (1939) as much of the film is based at Dartmouth Naval College, but perhaps more surprising to see Simon Lack and Peter Shaw in colour:

Hello
So far I have found three "truths" (learned from various error messages) with regards to attached images:
1) Cannot be wider than 600 pixels.
2) Maximum number of images per post is 5.
3) The sum of all attachment files sizes cannot be greater than 1 MB.
And there could be others...
Hope this helps.Last edited by lazarus6; 26 January 2018, 11:15 PM.

Hello
Probably already mentioned somewhere but there is a fantastic web site covering just this topic for all films:

"Model Ships in the Cinema"

Gerald I wonder if the superb model work created for Raise the Titanic might be mentioned and well documented on the extras of the Blu-Ray. The rusty wreck can be seen languishing away in Malta, a great shame indeed.
Sorry if I'm a bit off topic but do love that film.

There is an article with many pictures (Titanic model during and currently as well as a movie slide show) on the "Model Ships in the Cinema" web site:
