Street fighter movie shown on TV

Hi all,

In the movie Street fighter (1994), there is a brief clip shown on a TV of another movie depicting a woman being burnt at the stake. A friend of mine is trying to track down this movie. I have included a clip below. However we have not had much luck. The same clip was also used in a South park episode. The shot is in black and white. If anyone would know which movie this is? I'd be very grateful. Just a warning the clip does contain slight violence.

I'm no expert on them (and no doubt you may have looked at them) but could it be one of those Italian horrors of the 1960s - the sort of thing Barbara Steele was in?

To correct this the movie is actually called "Genii of Darkness" produced in 1962!
