Glad to see Dame Maggie Smith is in the film, it was thought she may not be, considering the ending of the original film, it's looks promising.........

I saw this yesterday, a pleasant enough film, a few laughs and a little sorrow........

Laura Haddock playing silent film star Myrna Dalgleish was scene-stealer with her cockney accent, the entire audience chuckled.......

Though when the two young ladies walk out for a tennis match, it seems odd the white sport shoes they're wearing would have a wooden heel on them, perhaps they didn't round around so frantically back then, unlike modern tennis players........

There's talk of another Downton film, to round off the trilogy, hope so !......
