Michael Elphick and Peter Bayliss always reminded me of one another. They died just 6 weeks apart, in 2002.

I am not saying these two look like each other. It's just that
I can't find the right images for their respective lookalikes.

Fiona Walker and Robert Stephens, maybe?:

Sally Bundock and Naomi Chance, perchance?:

I've even thought David Gwillim has a resemblance to Jane Merrow, but that's for another day.

I always used to get these two actors muddled up when I was younger.

            Certainly around the belly!

"Crowe, 55, was photographed inside the Sydney airport in Australia Thursday with his assistant looking a tad worse for wear."
            ???
            I think she looks lovely!

I was just watching Hazell on TPTV and I was convinced that Linda Bellingham was in it but it was Marina Sirtis.

Anyone else think of Ricky Tomlinson from The Royle Family ("Maximus Decimus Meridius my arse!")?

I was just watching feelgood 'political' comedy drama "Pride" (2014) and once again I was struck by how much Katrina Fernandez looked like Caroline Quentin.

Watching BBC Breakfast earlier (presented today by Sally Nugent and Roger Johnson),
it occured to me that there is a similarity between Sally and cult favourite Gilly McIver:

Not so much their complexions (fair has been replaced by orange since
Gilly's 1960s and '70s heyday) but their features are very alike I think.

Richard Kane and Kenneth Colley.... it so happened that last night I watched two random installments of Inspector Morse back to back and each of these actors played a Chief Inspector in the respective episodes... I was already drowsy, so their similar facial features and parallel roles merely added to the confusion as I drifted in and out of sleep attemting to keep track of the convoluted plots...

Richard played Colonel Weaver, the Medical Officer at Arnhem. That’s what that picture is from.

Talking of Arnhem and the film A Bridge too Far and resemblances, I’m amazed how many actors in that film look a lot like the person they’re portraying. A lot more than is usually the case with actors portraying real people.
