Very "off topic" but there is obviously some interest in Laurel and Hardy among members here. The well-established Judge Foozle's Forum has started a dedicated section for Laurel and Hardy matters, to provide a venue for wide-ranging discussion on the comedy films, the cast members, production, history, personal info etc. It's part of the main forum
which is a global forum for all kinds of entertainment, travel, culture etc. but nothing about British movies. Most members are outside the UK. Membership is free, there are no ads, no data trading and no spam. Hope it's OK to mention it.

Yes.I suppose it counts as a British movie, BBC and all that. From our site (14th August):
The world premiere of Stan & Ollie will take place on 21st October at the Cineworld, Leicester Square, London, attended by Steve Coogan and John C. Reilly, who star as the legendary movie comedy duo. Director Jon S. Baird, BAFTA award-winning writer Jeff Pope, producer Faye Ward and cast members will also be in attendance. Entertainment One (eOne) and the BFI London Film Festival are also pleased to announce that there will be simultaneous preview screenings of Stan & Ollie taking place at cinemas across the UK
The movie focuses on Stan and Olllie's personal appearances in Britain and will be released in the UK and Ireland by Entertainment One on January 11th 2019.
