• 'You're mad, you're mad'

Hi. This has been bugging me for years. I have been trying to find out the title of a film I believe may be from the 60s or 70s?? All I remember is it is set in an asylum. Someone visits and the inmates turn on him with a hose and chant 'you're mad you're mad'. Been frustratingly trying to find out over the years what it is. Can anybody help? Thank you.

'House of Madness' [1973] has a journalist visiting an asylum where the inmates have taken control.

There's an asylum hosing of Shane Briant in Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell (1973), but the inmates who watch just make grotesque comments and don't chant at him.
