Sounds like incidental mood music from a scene, rather than a recognisable theme. For me, impossible to identify. Hopefully someone else can do better. The scene ens with a rainy sound effect... made me think of Sunset Boulevard.

thanks but i think, door, key and rainy sound effect , not related to the original scenes movie . In other words this soundtrack is mixed and used from the other movie that i'm looking for it

You could do a lot worse than check out the work of Edwin Astley. This is exactly the sort of theme/soundtrack associated with his work. Even if it's not his, you may find something you like just as much!
