  • 'Village of the Damned' Location - PC Gobby on his bike

The next location we see after this is a crashed bus on Silver Hill, but this is not Silver Hill.

I was thinking Mimms Lane - but nothing to confirm this.

Could it be near Letchmore Heath?

Checked various possible locations on this such as Rectory Lane in Shenley and Butterfly Lane and Aldenham Road in Elstree, plus Aldenham, Padgetts Green and of course Letchmore Heath, all without success. The solid wooden fence suggests that there was a property within and the distinctive top of the fence should make it easy to identify when found. Mariarcki could be the one to discover it, as this is his local area.

Found it - near the Footpath across the Aldenham Estate from Aldenham Road

Looked at this and discounted it. I take it that the film camera was on the junction?

I don't know if that was junction at the time - it's the entrance to the county park now.

I've also spotted the sign in 'Dead Man's Treasure'

The fence has been replaced by an equally rickety one.
